Elsa & Gogo
The client came to us with a simple brief. To provide a branding solution for a fledgling boutique store called ELSA & GOGO. (fashion designers Elsa Schiaparelli and her daughter Gogo in case you are wondering) The brand was to have a retro feel and somehow incorporate Elsa Schiaparellis design sensibilities.
Working with the client we set about brainstorming some ideas and decided that incorporating a circus horse (a favorite them in Schiaparellis work) was a good place to start. The resulting logo is a simple and elegant mark for her company. Connecting a sense of quality and timelessness with her products but also a slight quirkiness that its intended audience would appreciate.
