JAMJO DESIGN was founded in 2007 by we, the dynamic duo of JAMes O’Sullivan and JOn Carroll. With experience in all aspects of the digital environment we set about crafting simple, beautiful and technologically progressive web solutions and brand identities. With over 100 happy and satisfied clients to date we like to think our ideas and solutions are being met with some approval!

James was born and raised in the Lee Valley of Inniscarra, Cork. As a kid he started playing around with sound recording and all things media using any computer device he could get his hands on, eventually ending up sitting behind a drumkit.

Exploring all things creative, James attended University College Cork graduating with an honors Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems. Following an internship in Boston Massachusetts, he soon came to realize that sitting in a cubicle for hours on end testing retirement fund management systems was not the life he desired.

With a passion for new website solutions, online communities, interface design, and with an in-depth understanding of online marketing & promotion, James endevours to give JAMJO’s clients the full freedom of the web.

Jon was born, raised and fattened in the ‘collig of great Cork. He spent most of his childhood scribbling indecipherable messages on the walls much to chagrin of his Mother.

After routine education he managed to find himself at Corks Institute of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Design Communications.

Drawing from training and experience in art, web design, branding and advertising, Jon brings a balanced approach to the look, strategy, and technology of JAMJO’s web sites.

When he’s not studying the pixels on a screen or debating point sizes, he can be found strumming his guitar and shouting his head off in his band Class of 1984.
