HOW DO WE WORK?

We work collaboratively with our clients to identify clear deliverables, defining their project’ goals and ensuring the project is delivered on schedule. The process is flexible and will be informed by each particular project.

So how do we work? Well its simple really. A typical project from inception to completion will involve 4 stages as follows:

1. Define
The first phase involves identifying a projects goals, working collaboratively with our clients and providing potential solutions. Priorities, feature set and project schedule are determined at this stage.

2. Design
A creative direction is presented to the client. It is informed by client input, clear presentation of content, competitive analysis, and our vision for the project and will be acted on following feedback and approval from the client.

3. Develop
Once designs are approved the project will be moved into development based on approved designs and the feature set laid out during the definition stage. Prototypes will be made available to the client.

4. Refine
At this stage the project will be tweaked to taste. Documentation for guiding and maintaining the project(maintenance optional) will be provided. Analytics packages and other features will be implemented. Training sessions are given to ensure a client has full control and understanding.

The project launch is a happy day for all involved! At JAMJO We value building long-term relationships with our clients so it wouldn’t do any good to hand the keys over to a project and disappear! We are always at hand to provide recommendations and services for additional features, enhancements and help further refine a projects development.
